AN INVITATION

A modified letter from our International President:

Dear Flying Samaritan,

This is your  personal invitation to participate in our annual seminar (or as some call it the `sam-inar`. This year it will be in
Paso Robles in October.

The Saminar ia a wonderful opportunity to meet friends and make new ones within the community of the Flying Samaritans. There will be several breakout sessions that will present knowledge and ideas that effect our passion to serve the medical needs of the people of Baja who otherwise have no access to medical care. There will also be a few speakers that will present stories and ideas for pilots, providers, and lovers of wine and great cuisine.

The "Saminar" will have a lot of  the speakers,  programs, parties and more.

In October Paso Robles has the Harvest Festival so the Hotel will be booked up. The Gold Coast Chapter will be hosting the Saminar and has  secured a block of rooms at the
Historic Paso Robles Inn at a significant discount, however these rates are good till August 31st. After that date any an unreserved room will be released, so if you plan to join us but have not yet signed for the saminar, please DO NOT WAIT for the last minute and sign up now.

 

Registration is set as $275 per person and that fee includes the meals and the evening events that are organized by the International and Gold Coast Chapter of the Flying Samaritans. Rooms are at a discounted rate of $150 per room per night based on double occupancy.


On Saturday afternoon the Gold Coast Chapter will offer multiple programs (wine tasting tour, cooking and wine pairing classes and Golf outing at additional cost. please see the list of offered activities.

Note:  The Los Amigos Chapter does not recommend that you go to the International website (Flyingsamaritans.net or .org) to register for this seminar.  In order to do so, you must renew your membership through International, which would mean our Chapter would not receive your dues payment or have a record of your membership or signed waiver as soon as it happens.  Unfortunately, this is a glitch in the International website system that has not as yet been resolved.  Please print and mail the Seminar Registration form below.  Remember - You must call the Paso Robles Inn before August 31st to reserve your room.  Tell them you are a "Flying Samaritan."
